Returns and Refunds Policy promises to deliver high-quality products, in excellent condition, to your door. If, for any reason, your shipment is not satisfactory, we will gladly replace it or accept a return of the merchandise. Please adhere to the following return policy:

The following items may be returned for a refund with 45 days of purchase:

  1. Merchandise that has not been removed from its original packing.
  2. Defective merchandise.
  3. Merchandise that was mispacked or was not shipped correctly.
  4. Merchandise that has not been installed.

A 25% restocking fee will be charged on all returned merchandise, unless defective. Skylights with factory installed blinds cannot be returned. is not responsible for any labor costs, which occur as the result of the installation of wrong or defective parts, or delayed shipments. If your shipment arrives and appears damaged please inspect the package thoroughly, take multiple photos and if the contents appear damaged please mark "DAMAGED" on the BOL (shipping receipt) and refuse the shipment. We will do everything we can to have a new order rushed out to you. Return ship fees are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds for returned items are processed within 10 working days.

    • Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, cancellations for these items can only be made within 24 hours of order placement. After this 24-hour window, we will have begun the production process and cannot halt or refund these orders.
    • If you need to make changes to your custom order within the 24-hour window, please contact our customer service immediately, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
  3. Refunds:
    • Upon successful cancellation, a full refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that it might take additional time for the credit to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.
